Effective immediately, all of our exercise sessions, classes and appointments are suspended due to the state of local emergency called by the City of Calgary. This includes both Repsol Sport Centre and GoodLife Fitness (Sunridge) sites.

As a result of this closure, we will be shifting all patients to our home program with weekly telephone follow-up calls with a member of our health coaching staff.  There is no fee for our program during this time. Below are a few ways we are working to support you during this time:

Weekly phone call follow-up.  A member of our health coaching team will follow-up with patients each week.

In addition to the weekly follow-ups, our phone lines will be open Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for patients who need to speak with a nurse or exercise staff member.


Tele-consults with our program doctors will be available for patients.

In-person patient appointments will be booked for patients as necessary.


We have added an online patient education library to support patients in continuing their exercise program and education at home.  We will continue to add new resources and tools in the coming weeks.
