As of June 29th, we will begin a gradual re-opening of our services at Repsol Sport Centre. Services will be resumed in a staged approach, operating with reduced appointments to ensure public health measures are in place.

More information on the resumption of services for each stage is outlined in the expanding tabs below.

Stage 1: Beginning Late June - Resume exercise stress testing

Operating with reduced appointments to ensure physical distancing measures are in place.

Appointments will be prioritized based on various criteria, recognizing the 3-month backlog in exercise stress testing as a result of COVID-19 restrictions.

Onsite exercise sessions and educations classes at Repsol and GoodLife (Sunridge) will remain paused during this stage. Current and new patients will participate in home-based exercise programming.

Additional screening measures in place when arriving for appointments.

Stage 2: Estimated to Start in August - Resume onsite exercise orientation

We will slowly resume onsite, small-group based exercise orientations for newly referred patients at our Repsol site. These will be by appointment only.

We will host small-group exercise sessions for current patients to update their exercise program as needed.

During this stage, all new and current patients will participate in home-based exercise programming. Education classes and larger group exercise sessions will remain paused.

Stage 3: Estimated to Start Early Fall - Resume onsite exercise

We will begin a gradual resumption of onsite exercise in small-groups. These will be by appointment only.

More details and information to follow in late August.
